Phoenix, Arizona is home to a vibrant food scene, and one of the city’s hidden gems is Wicked Brews and Bites. This cozy gastropub combines craft beer with mouthwatering food  and entertainment that will leave you wanting more. If you’re looking for a fun and unique dining experience in Phoenix, Arizona, look no further than Wicked Brews Bites and Spirits at 4921 E Ray Road. This popular restaurant and bar is known for its craft beer made in-house, live music performances, and delicious food with a Native American twist.

Wicked Brewery

One of the standout features of Wicked is their impressive selection of craft beers. They brew their own beer on-site, so you can enjoy a fresh and unique selection of brews that you won’t find anywhere else. From classic IPAs to bold stouts, their beer menu has something for every palate. My personal favorite is WCKD Sweet Dee’s blonde. Sweet and fun like Dee herself, this blonde is a light and approachable beer, with a pleasant golden color and a crisp malt finish.

Live Music and Events

In addition to their great beer selection, Wicked is also known for its lively atmosphere and frequent live music performances. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a night out with friends or catch some great local talent, Wicked is the perfect spot. Check out local artists performances during brunch every Sunday 11 AM – 2 PM. See live music on Wicked Wednesdays. DJ’s turn up the vibe on Friday nights. Every month they offer something really special like dueling pianos and much more!

Signature Dishes

Their menu features a range of tasty dishes that can satisfy any palate. If you are in the mood for something savory and full of flavor I recommend trying their Tatanka Bacon Burger made with Bison,  thick cut bacon, topped with spicy Tatanka sauce, choice of cheese, spring mix, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and pickles. It’s a favorite among locals and visitors alike and is a must-try dish if you’re dining at Wicked.

I always have to order the Grilled Avocado when I go to Wicked. This dish features a halved avocado, grilled to perfection and topped with a tangy lime and cilantro sauce. The avocado is served on a bed of mixed greens and garnished with crunchy pepitas. The result is a refreshing and flavorful dish that is perfect for any avocado lovers.

The House Made Garlic Chips are one of a kind. These thin slices of potato are fried until crispy and then tossed with garlic and parsley. The result is a savory and addictive snack that is perfect for sharing. You won’t be able to resist these chips once you start munching on them.

If you’re in the mood for pizza, then Wicked Brews and Bites has got you covered. Their pizzas are made with fresh, house-made dough and topped with high-quality ingredients. One standout option is the Carnivore pizza, which is loaded with pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, and bacon. The crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the toppings are plentiful and flavorful. I personally love their cauliflower pizza crust.

Let’s talk about the best Edamame in Phoenix. This classic appetizer is elevated to the next level at Wicked Brews and Bites. The edamame is tossed in a spicy garlic sauce that packs a punch of flavor. Each bite is spicy and satisfying, and the heat builds with each one.

Not only does wicked excel in food, entertainment and beer but they go above and beyond for their customers. When I first ate at Wicked I had the pleasure of meeting the owners Chip and Dee. They do a great job making customers feel appreciated and comfortable.
